Basic Seminar
The flagship course and the starting point for the foundations of stable leadership.

Advanced Seminar
This will further motivate and equip participants to implement the principles taught in the Basic Seminar. The results will be evident in their professional and private lives.

Anti-Corruption Seminar
The focus is on Control and Accountability. This seminar identifies and addresses concerns regarding corruption and the lack of ethical leadership in countries throughout the world. To obtain full benefit from this seminar all participants should have attended the Basic Seminar and hold managerial or leadership positions.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How much will it cost?
- This will depend on a number of circumstances including location, facilities and catering. The charges to government and corporate organisations help subsidise training abroad, and these may vary depending on the host’s ability to pay. Further details can be obtained, without obligation, from any of the UK Directors.
- Were are the courses held?

All we need is a room large enough for the number of delegates, three PLI Instructors, a screen for OHP or PowerPoint and two flip charts.
- How long do the courses last?
- A full day, normally from 9am to 4pm, but alternative times can be accomodated. There are suitable breaks for refreshments and a 45 min lunch. Expect an intense day.
- Who is the training aimed at?
- These courses are about leadership - so the target audience will consist of those in a position of authority. The course is not about administration or improved marketing; it is about Character, Ethics and Accountability - leadership skills that can be learnt and will last a lifetime.
